Went in to make an appointment for a CPAC machine in Windsor. Nadeen Maroon was so helpful. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things about the units, costs involved and options available. Very pleased with her knowledge and personal attention.

I was here a month ago to pick up a mask and filters for my cpap machine. Nadeen, the lady that served me was excellent and provided great service! She was very knowledgable and helped me pick out a mask that works great. I would highly recommend it coming here, and I will be back in the future!

Michelle was fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Went through various options, asked questions to find right "fit" for both my husband and myself. Great sense of humour as well, made it a very pleasant experience. It was our first time at this store after a very negative experience at a competitor, and we will definitely return. A bonus is free parking spots specifically reserved for customers, which is ideal in a paid parking lot!

I have been a respiratory therapist for over 30 years. I have always advocated for my patients and their families. It matters. Now I am on the receiving end of respiratory care. I highly recommend Inspiair. Friendly and prompt on the phone and in person. They immediately took care of my oxygen requirements. I’m an active person and needed a POC to be more mobile. I received one the same day as I started with Inspiair. Parthi was great at explaining everything and ensured that all the equipment was appropriately placed and working. This experience I thought was going to be terrible. Nobody wants to use a cpap machine. But it was wonderful. Michelle is the best. She helped me through everything and the difference is amazing. She is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I would highly, highly recommend them. They were fantastic and I am so glad I picked this InspiAIR for my cpap needs. She and all of the girls are fantastic. She made a depressing diagnosis into a better sleep for me and my health. If there were ten stars I would give them 10!

They sell the masks overprice the got N30i for $275- when i exchanged after 3 days i got N20 which is less price they refused to adjust the price which was almost double

I bought Airfir N30i mask for$275- i changed aftwr couple of days by N20, which half of the price, they refuse to pay the different, also they charge cinsultation/set fee $150- for 20 minutes service

I called another company and never heard back. I called InspiAIR and immediately received a call back from Wendy, even though the office was closed. I was already impressed. I had an appointment right away. Wendy spent an hour and a half patiently explaining everything. I cannot praise Wendy enough and five stars are not sufficient. I am just starting to use the machine tonight but I know that I will be well looked after if I have any questions or concerns. Thank you so much Wendy!

We have known Parthi for a few months. He set us up with home oxygen equipments a while back but his services did not stop there. He has been very responsive to all our questions, explaining everything to us with patience and has come to our home twice for assistance. Extremely patient and most helpful staff. I was extremely unprepared for my visit as I was just asked to go “ pick up” a new unit. Since my initial phone call with Kim, the service with Inspiair has been 5 stars plus! Alex came to my Mom's home and patiently explained everything related to the home oxygen machine and portable device. To say Wendy at the Newmarket location was great would be an understatement. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and was just a pleasure to deal with. Second to none in terms of meeting my needs compared to every other supplier I contacted whose first question was always “how much does your insurance cover” This is my first CPAP and she made the experience very pleasant. I look forward to dealing with her again when I get my compliance reports. I would highly recommend InspiAIR if you’re considering a CPAP.

Fiona is truly a gem, after speaking with her this week to resolve a misunderstanding I had in regards to an email I received she was able to help resolves any issues or concerns almost immediately. I'm the first time user of CPAP and was very confused and stressed to the start, apparently I'm also very sensitive to all that type of equipment. The support and reassurance provided by InspiAir is great, special Thank you to Matt, who was my respiratory therapist there. I changed masks probably about 5 times, with absolutely no charge for me, with great reassurance from Matt that we will find what will work for me. I'm still "work in progress" but I'm sure I will succeed with such great support.
